Late Cancellation & Non Attendance Policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. If the cancellation is made less than 3 hours before the appointment time, this will be marked as a failed to attend. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice, will incur a fee of £30 per half hour appointment booked.
